I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotist, Mindset Change Coach, and NLP Practitioner.

I have had a long and enjoyable career as a Senior Business Consultant and have worked in many parts of the world for organisations large and small. In doing so I have worked with people from all walks of life. However, I have also suffered badly from the pressures of working in the corporate environment whilst having major family health issues and I, quite frankly, hit the wall badly. I was unable to work for some time and turned to hypnotherapy to help me. I was astonished at the results and decided to train as a hypnotherapist. It took almost two years studying full time but it was worth it. I now use a specific methodology to ensure my clients get the best help and support. I also provide my clients with a suite of effective tools that they can continue to use to address life's issues and problems and enhance their enjoyment of life. 

I coach, mentor and support my clients both inside and outside of my ReframeLIFE practice sessions and specialize in Stress and Anxiety Management, Self Confidence, Self Esteem, Inner Belief, Wealth Mindset, Emotional Baggage, Cluttered Mind, Procrastination, Anger Management, Exam Nerves, Nervous Driving, Driving Test Nerves, Fear of Flying, Public Speaking, Boardroom Management and Personal/Business/Sports Performance Enhancement.  
 

I am a full registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotists in the UK) and a Certified Hypnotist of the Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy based out of Toronto, Canada. Mike Mandel is widely regarded as the world's greatest Hypnotist and trainer who has 18 nominations and 6 awards for excellence. 

Since opening the doors of my practice I have provided clients with a focussed range of psychological services. My reputation for effective coaching and hypnosis is underlined by the many 5 star testimonials I have received from my clients. I feel it is important to work with people who genuinely want to make positive changes and who recognise the hugely positive impact my methods bring to their lives.  I deal with people in a friendly and professional manner and really get results. There are no swinging watches, no clucking like chickens, you, the client are in complete control at all times. 

I work almost exclusively online now. Something that was forced upon me by the pandemic but every cloud as they say, as I can now help any English speaking person in the world via the Internet. Single sessions are £65 per session and I offer discounted pre paid block booking starting at blocks of four.
